Returns

Returns are not possible at this time- we just aren’t amazon.com (nor do we want to be!) However, if your order arrives damaged or defective in any way, please reach out to us at hello@emilybeaudoin.com with a photo of the issue and we will be in touch about a replacement.

Exchanges

We unfortunately cannot offer exchanges, unless the wrong item was shipped to you. If this does happen please let us know and we will get it sorted out.
